DAY #14

I learned a lot of things while I was at Earth!  Here are some of the things I’ve learned!

People look different all over the world
People have different traditions and religions
Each place on Earth has different plants and animals
Each place on Earth is different
People believe different things
Earth has a lot of nature
All over earth we have different homes and buildings
Every body has their own way of doing things
Every continent looks different
Every place has a different flag
Every body has their own unique way
We have a lot of different sports and activities

Earth is very different from Mars.  We have no trees, plants, animals, towns, and we have to hide when rovers come to visit. Here are some facts about mars, Mars is also only half the size as earth and also has only one tenth the mass of earth, Mars had water one time and no body knows what happened to it, Mars has two moons Deimo and Phobos, and Mars is red because it is rusty.  One of Mars’s moons, phobos is moving closer and closer and we think one day it might crash into us! We are scared!  Another fact is that earth is mostly water and mars has no water at all!  Here is the parts of water on earth, 0.6 of it is ground water, 0.01 of it is in lakes and streams, 2.2 of it is in glaciers and icecaps, and 0.001 is water vapor!  In mars 0.0 water is ground water, 0.0 of it are lakes and streams, 0.0 of it are glaciers and icecaps, and 0.0 of it is water vapor!  I think I will take some water home so people can see it and taste it!
